Terms & Conditions:
1. In order to secure a time slot for your painting, half the agreed price
is required up front. The balance is due when your painting is completed and prior to delivery. Retainer fee via PayPal
2. In these times, I know of no one who has the time
to model countless hours. Photos are necessary of the model and would only be used for the purpose of creating your painting.
3. At the time of delivery, If you (buyer) are not completely satisfied
with the artwork, your entire investment will be refunded. Rudy Vargas retains the completed artwork to sell on the open market.
4. Rudy Vargas retains all copyrights to original artwork unless other
arrangements have been agreed upon.
