Creation of original painting by working artist Rudy Vargas, works of which have been recognized by the California State Assembly and the United States House of Representatives. 2. All time invested by artist to bring painting to completion. 3. Original painting image specific to personal needs. 4. All materials such as artist paints, canvas, brushes and varnish. 5. With proper care, the painting will last centuries! Terms & Conditions: 1. In order to secure a time slot for your painting, half the agreed price is required up front. The balance is due when your painting is completed and prior to delivery. 2. In these times, I know of no one who has the time to model countless hours. Photos are necessary of the model and would only be used for the purpose of creating your painting. 3. At the time of delivery, If you (buyer) are not completely satisfied with the artwork, your entire investment will be refunded. Rudy Vargas retains the completed artwork to sell on the open market. 4. Rudy Vargas retains all copyrights to original artwork unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. |
